Why can't I view the data on my account even though I've collected data with the HarvestEye system?
Once uploaded, the data is post-processed and it may take up to 1 hour to be available on the portal
The data collected by HarvestEye 2.0 systems is uploaded to the cloud and undergoes a post-processing routine to remove data of poor quality. This post-processing routine occurs every hour. Hnece, depending on upload time, it may take between a few minutes up to 1 hour for the data to be available in your account. If the data is still not available within the next 24 hours, please contact support at support@harvesteye.com. Note that the data recorded by the Handheld is not stored on the portal (only emails are sent).
