Why can't I view the data on my account even though I've collected data with the HarvestEye system?

Once uploaded, the data is post-processed and it may take up to 30 minutes to be available on the portal

The data collected by HarvestEye 2.0 systems is uploaded to the cloud and undergoes a post-processing routine to remove data of poor quality. This post-processing routine occurs in regular intervals. Hence, depending on upload time, it may take between a few minutes up to 30 minutes for the data to be available in your account. If the data is still not available within the next 24 hours, please contact support at support@harvesteye.com. Note that the data recorded by the Handheld is not stored on the portal (only emails are sent).
