Why can't I view my fields on the tablet?
Users need to ensure their fields were added into their portal accounts
If the user cannot see the fields on the tablet, please follow these steps:
- Confirm that the required fields have been created in your HarvestEye portal account.
- Check that the tablet is connected to WiFi or 4G. From the main menu, select Settings-> System Settings -> Download Fields to update the field list.
