Why can't I view my fields on the tablet?
Users need to ensure their fields were added into their portal accounts
If the user cannot view the fields on the tablet, please try the actions below:
- ensure the fields are in your portal account.
- ensure the tablet is connected to WiFi/4G and on the main menu, click "Settings" -> "System Settings" -> "Download Fields".
