What do I do if I can only see last year’s data on the dashboard?
If your HarvestEye dashboard only displays last year’s data, your filters may need adjusting. Learn how to update your filters to show current season results in four simple steps.
If you can only see data from the previous year on your HarvestEye portal, it’s likely that your filters need updating. Follow the steps below to make sure your dashboard is displaying the current season’s data.
Step 1: Close any open widgets
If you have any widgets open on your Dashboard, click Close Window to return to the main dashboard screen.
Step 2: Open your filters
Click the Filters button at the top of the Dashboard screen.
Step 3: Adjust the crop type
If you are harvesting sets (onions) or seed (potatoes), you may need to change this setting.
Click the Sets/Seed button — you’ll see the year automatically update to current year.
Step 4: Apply the filters
Once the filters have been adjusted, click Apply Filters.
Your dashboard widgets will refresh and display your current season’s data.
