What data reporting options are available for the Handheld and the On-Conveyor/On-Harvester products?

Both products will provide different types of reports

On-Harvester/On-Conveyor

The On-Harvester/On-Conveyor systems are designed for use on harvesters and grading lines to provide instant insights into the size profile of large volumes of crop. You can find more information about this product on our website. The available reporting options are:

  1. Web Portal - Users can log in to their account and use flexible tools to analyse their data. The portal refreshes every hour, allowing users to view an almost real-time size profile of the crop being harvested or graded.
  2. PDF Daily Report - We understand that harvest is an extremely busy period. Accessing the portal regularly to track progress may not be practical. The PDF daily report is therefore emailed automatically every 24 hours, giving users a quick overview of the recorded size data with no extra effort.
  3. Aggregated Data Report - An Excel report is automatically emailed with detailed cumulative crop data for each field and variety harvested in the last 24 hours. For each size class – measured at 1 mm or 0.1 in resolution (for example, 50 mm, 51 mm, 52 mm, etc.) – the report provides the detected count and weight. This format is ideal for integration with internal data systems such as SQL servers or PowerBI dashboards. This report is only available on request.
  4. Customised Report - If the above resources don't deliver the data you need, please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.

Handheld

The Handheld is the system designed to be used on dig samples to get instant size and weight insights about the sample effortlessly. You can find more information about the product on the website. The reporting options available are:

  1. Handheld Report - This is the standard report, sent to the customer’s email inbox shortly after a snapshot is recorded (typically within 30–60 seconds when the tablet is connected to WiFi or 4G). The email includes an Excel file with measurement data for each detected crop, and a PDF with summary statistics and bar charts to support clear visual interpretation of the data.
  2. Customised Report - If the above resources don't deliver the data you need, please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.

Please note that, although field configuration for the Handheld is managed through the user’s portal account, Handheld data is not displayed in the portal.
