Why I have not received any daily reports from my HarvestEye 2.0 system(s)?
New HarvestEye 2.0 customers will temporarily not receive reports, as our team focuses on verifying data quality and system performance
For new HarvestEye 2.0 users, daily reports are held back during the initial days to allow our team to conduct thorough data quality checks. We review the uploaded crop data to confirm accurate and reliable information is being collected, and to determine if any system adjustments are needed. Once these checks are successfully completed, we deliver all pending reports to the customer. From that point on, reports are sent automatically to the inbox each time the system is used.
