Why I have not received any daily reports from my HarvestEye 2.0 system(s)?

Customers using HarvestEye 2.0 for the first time won't receive any reports on the first few days because the team performs data quality checks

For customers that are using HarvestEye 2.0 for the first time, we don't release the daily reports on the first few days because the team performs data quality checks. We analyse the uploaded data to ensure the system is collecting data of good quality and no further adjustments are required. Once all quality checks have been approved, we release all outstanding reports to the customer and, from that point forward, they should receive the reports automatically on their inbox every time the system was used.
