How to update the software version of the tablet?

If an update is available and your tablet is connected to the internet, it should begin automatically when the device starts up. If the latest version does not appear straight away, follow these steps to make sure the update downloads successfully:

1. Plug the tablet into a charger.
2. Turn the tablet on and leave it powered on for at least 30 minutes so it does not shut down during the update.
3. Go to Settings -> Reboot.
4. After the tablet restarts, check the software version again in the bottom-left corner of the main screen.

We recommend using Wi-Fi instead of 4G, as some updates may be large and may download faster over Wi-Fi.
