How quickly does the data become available in the portal?

Once uploaded, the data is post-processed and it may take up to 15 minutes to be available on the portal

Data collected by HarvestEye 2.0 systems is uploaded to the cloud and automatically processed to remove low-quality data. This post-processing runs at regular intervals, so depending on when the upload occurs, it can take from a few minutes up to 15 minutes before the data appears in your account.

If your data has still not appeared after 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@harvesteye.com.

Please note that data recorded by the HarvestEye Handheld is not stored in the web portal; only report emails are generated and sent.
