Is it possible to set my fields and varieties as private to restrict access from the enterprise?
Yes, the user can do this on the Field Configuration menu on the web portal
When a user operates within an enterprise system model, the data collected by their system is typically accessible to the associated enterprise. However, there may be specific situations where the user is recording data for a crop that should remain confidential—for example, if the crop is being grown or harvested for a different customer or enterprise.
If there is a prior agreement between the user and the enterprise allowing the system to be used for crops not related to the enterprise, the user has the option to mark individual fields or varieties as private. Doing so ensures that the associated data is not visible to the enterprise account.
This can be configured through the Field Configuration menu in the portal. While editing a field, users can manage privacy settings for each variety individually, as shown in the image below.
