  1. Eligibility: This raffle is open to all active HarvestEye customers aged 18 or over.

  2. Entry:

    • To enter the raffle, customers must complete and submit the feedback form provided in the email.
    • Alternatively, submissions can be made by replying to the email with audio, video, or document attachments.
    • Only one entry per customer is allowed.

  3. Submission Formats: Feedback can be submitted via the online form or by replying to the email with an audio, video, or document attachment.

  4. Raffle Period: The raffle starts on 23/05/2024 and ends on 28/06/2024.

  5. Prize: The prize is a £100 Amazon gift voucher. There will be one winner.

  6. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the raffle period. The draw will be conducted on 01/07/2024.

  7. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 5 working days after the draw. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternative winner will be selected.

  8. Prize Delivery: The Amazon gift voucher will be delivered to the winner via email.

  9. Publicity: By entering the raffle, the winner agrees to the use of their name and feedback for promotional purposes by HarvestEye, subject to their consent.

  10. Data Protection: Participants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with HarvestEye’s privacy policy.

  11. General Conditions: HarvestEye reserves the right to amend or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice.
