What data reporting options are available for the Handheld and the HarvestEye 2.0?

Both products will provide different types of reports

HarvestEye 2.0

The HarvestEye 2.0 is the system designed to be used on harvesters or grading lines to get instant insights on size profile of large volumes of crop. You can find more information about the product on the website. The reporting options available are:

  1. Web Portal - The user can access their account and use flexible tools to analyse their data. The data on the portal is refreshed every hour, thus enabling the user to view almost in real-time the size profile of the crop being harvested/graded.
  2. Daily Report - We know the harvest season is a very busy period for our customers. Hence, accessing the portal during that period to view the progress of harvest may be too time-consuming. The daily report is sent automatically every 24 hours to the customer's email address. This enables the user to have a quick overview of the size data being recorded effortlessly. 
  3. Aggregated Data Report - You’ll receive automatically an Excel report on your email inbox that includes detailed cumulative crop data for each field and variety harvested within the last 24 hours. For each size - measured at a 1 mm or 0.1 in resolution (e.g., 50 mm, 51 mm, 52 mm, etc.) - the report provides the detected count and weight. This report format is ideal for integration with your internal data systems (e.g. SQL servers and PowerBI dashboards for data visualisation). This report is only available for customers that request it. 
  4. Customised Report - Customers that have a gold subscription can request the development of customised reports tailored to their business needs. 

Handheld

The Handheld is the system designed to be used on dig samples to get instant size and weight insights about the sample effortlessly. You can find more information about the product on the website. The reporting options available are:

  1. Handheld Report - This is the standard report received on the customer's email inbox shortly after a snapshot is recorded (30-60 seconds later if the tablet is connected to WiFi or 4G). The email will contain an Excel file with the measurement data for each detected crop and a pdf file with summary statistics and bar charts for an improved visualisation experience of the data.
  2. Customised Report - Customers that have a gold subscription can request the development of customised reports tailored to their business needs. 

Please note that although the field configuration for both the Handheld and HarvestEye 2.0 is carried out from the user's portal account, the Handheld data is not displayed on the portal.
